Meet Rob Hardy.

Rob Hardy is a film director, film producer, screenwriter, and television director. Rob has worked on a variety of hit TV shows such as Bones and Criminal Minds, and has directed commercial projects for clients, including CNN, TBS, American Honda, Coca-Cola, Georgia Lottery and The National Cancer Institute. Rob is also one of the co-founders of Bounce TV. He serves on the Advisory Board for the International Feature Project (IFP) Film Lab series and established The Amazing Stories Film/TV Apprenticeship Program with his wife Shaun Hardy to identify, vet, train, and mentor adult career seekers from diverse backgrounds to pursue lucrative and lasting opportunities in Georgia’s film and television work force.

Meet Linda Burns.

Linda Burns is an Atlanta-based film producer, line producer, and production manager. She sits on the executive boards of the Atlanta Film Society and is the former GPP Education Chair. From script to screen, digital to film, union to non-union, large to small productions, she does it all!

Meet Long Tran.

Long Tran has been producing short films locally for five years to provide local Asian American talent a chance to showcase their skills and to demonstrate what diversity in film can look like both in front of and behind the camera. He has had three short films be part of the Atlanta Film Festival and last summer, he went to Serbia to work on the set of The Deal, a sci-fi movie produced by Dean Devlin (Independence Day). In addition to his producer work, Long worked on the set of HBO’s Watchmen as a dialect coach for the scenes set in Vietnam.

Meet Winston Johnson.

Winston D. Johnson, started in the film, tv, music, computer science, and telecommunications industries in the 1970’s. Winston is the Founder and Chief Science Officer for Winsonic Cloud Lab and Winsonic Digital Cable Systems Network, Ltd., a facilities-based digital platform that has been used to enable entertainment, telecommunication, broadcasters, and distribution companies to distribute high-end film, television, motion pictures, and data throughout the world. Winsonic’s network reaches North America, Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. They have worked with film studios like Disney, Lucas Films, Skywalker Ranch, ILM, Sony, and performed digital services for over 500 domestic and international productions, including 23 Academy Award winning projects.

Meet Brian Beegle.

Brian began his acting career at age 8 here in Atlanta and spent the next 20 years acting on camera. In the last 13 years, he has cast over 1300 projects including Commercials, Music Videos, Feature Films, and Industrials. He has also directed several TV commercials, and for fun, he created the Georgia Entertainment Sports League, which now has over 1100 members and growing. His love for this industry and the acting community in Georgia drives him to always inspire and empower those around him.

Meet Rhavynn Drummer.

Rhavynn Drummer is an award-winning producer, director, and casting director who has always had a love for actors and great performances. She began her career in casting at Tyler Perry Studios in 2007 after graduating from the University of Virginia. She's had the honor of casting over fifteen television series, eighteen feature films, and seven touring plays with the studio. She has also worked on numerous independent projects with Nickelodeon, Starz, Nike, and YouTube Red.

Meet Ric Reitz.

Ric is an actor, writer, composer, director and producer, who has been active in show business for more than 40 years. He has appeared in over 150 national television shows, feature films and stage productions. He is also president of Ric Reitz Writes, Inc., an international award-winning writing company.

Ric is a Past President of SAG-AFTRA Atlanta, Past President of the Georgia Production Partnership and a former member of the Georgia Film, Video & Music Advisory Commission. As one of the key architects in the development of Georgia’s current entertainment tax incentive law, Ric has played an important role in the resurgence of production in the state.

Meet Shay Bentley-Griffin

Shay Bentley-Griffin began her career as a successful talent agent, before establishing Chez Casting, Inc. to quickly became a prolific casting director for film and television. Ms. Bentley-Griffin has worked on In the Heat of the Night, the Peabody Award-winning series I'll Fly Away, and with a long line of directors to include Ang Lee, Clint Eastwood, Kenny Leon, Billy Bob Thornton, Shawn Levy, Adam McKay, Tyler Perry, Sam Raimi, Wes Craven, Jon Avnet, and Edward Zwick. She is a recipient of the Crystal Obelisk Award from the Casting Society of America, three Primetime Emmy nominations, the prestigious 'Icon' Award from the Entertainment Society of the Technology Association of Georgia, the “Women Who Mean Business” Award by The Atlanta Business Chronicle and was awarded an Emmy for her contributions to the Georgia Film Industry. As Vice-Chair of the Georgia Film, Music and Digital Entertainment Advisory Board and founding President of the Georgia Production Partnership, Ms. Bentley-Griffin collaborated with industry and government leaders to create and secure passage of Georgia’s highly successful 2008 Entertainment Tax Incentive. Shay has served the State of Georgia as Film Liaison to Los Angeles, sits on the executive board of GPP, and serves as a board member for the Rome International Film Festival.

Wilbur Fitzgerald

Andrew Greenberg, executive director of the Georgia Game Developers Association, has been making his living as a game developer since 1990. Best known for designing computer games and roleplaying games, Andrew is lead developer on the recently released Fading Suns: Noble Armada PC game and ran its successful Kickstarter. Asante Bradford

Asante Bradford is Project Manager for Digital Entertainment and Media for the Georgia Department of Economic Development, the sales and marketing arm of the State of Georgia.
Asante helps promote the growth of the digital media industry as well as identify initiatives that will help grow businesses for the state of Georgia in interactive entertainment. He also helps educate potential prospects and provide clients with information about the Georgia Entertainment Industry Incentives Act.
His area of concentration with the Global Commerce office is to increase the impact of interactive entertainment for the State of Georgia as well as being a dedicated liaison to assist with promotions, logistics and business development for attracting digital media companies outside the state to relocate in Georgia.
Asante was the Digital Entertainment Liaison for the Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development from 2007-2010 which helped Georgia become known as a center for video game development, animation and digital media. The economic impact of the entertainment industry in Georgia jumped from $413 million to $2.4 billion in that time span.

ANGI BONES

ANGI BONES started her career in film and television while awaiting final testing for Los Angeles Police Academy taking an unpaid intern position on the film “Panther” directed by Mario Van Peebles. Working on the film “Panther” shifted her journey in life to a successful career in film and television.

To her credit, Angi hosts an impressive resume of music videos, commercials, award shows, live-to-tape, television series and more than 50 feature films; most notably: The Negotiator, Blade, Eve's Bayou, Men of Honor, The Antoine Fisher Story, Training Day, Warm Springs, Stroke of Genius and Crazy in Alabama. Angi served as Co-Producer and 2nd Assistant Director on 11 feature films and over 240 episodes of television under director, writer, producer Tyler Perry. Angi is NAACP Image winner for “House of Payne”.

Angi served as the Co-Executive Producer for “Rickey Smiley For Real” for TV One. She Produced the sequel future box office hit “Meet the Blacks 2” as well as “Life Size 2”, “Same Time Next Christmas” and “The Thing About Harry” for FreeForm.

Angi Directed the feature length documentary film “Season of Death” and the multi-award-winning short film “Letters to a Father”.

Barrett Dungy

Barrett Dungy is a film distributor and executive producer from Atlanta Georgia. He started out as an early mover before the explosive growth of the Atlanta film market over a decade ago. He has worked with another early mover, Tyler Perry, when Tyler was seeking a distribution partner for his popular stage plays.
Barrett decided to venture out on his own because of the lack of response from Hollywood in distributing African American content. He created Urban Home Entertainment (UHE) and Faithwerks Films. Since its inception, UHE and Faithwerks, have sold and distributed over 325 films across the globe for talents such as Kevin Hart, Megan Good, Zoe Saldana, Mike Epps, Tiffany Haddish and Academy Award winner, Monique. Barrett also distributed, Ron White, a 5 time platinum selling comedian and Grammy nominee.
Barrett spends a huge portion of his time doing speaking engagements and mentoring industry newcomers and veterans alike on how to work outside of the Hollywood system. Many of his clients have found huge success in independent distributing projects in TV and film .

Chet Brewster

Since the age of seven, Chet Brewster of DavenStar 1 Entertainment has been inspired by the dramatic appeal of filmmaking and television production. His first professional job in the industry began with being hired by CNN within seven days of graduating from Emerson College in Boston, and has been professionally engaged for the last 30 plus years directing and producing for film, television, live broadcast, digital streaming and live to tape events. Credits include technical producing and/or directing TV specials, live-streaming productions, live-events, award and television shows for such networks and distribution outlets such as Netflix, Hulu, both Amazon and Amazon Prime, Showtime, BET, TBS, Bounce TV, Gospel Music Channel, Up TV, AspireTV, PBS and TV One. Currently Chet continues his love of filmmaking directing actors in film shorts and features. His skill set, leadership and versatility both technically, visually and as an actor whisperer has made Chet a valuable asset to any production.

Dedric Thomas

Supporting the Entertainment Industry, the Department of Defense and Commercial (Retail) for more than 20 years, Dedric L. Thomas, has always been driven by the dynamic nature of both the Cybersecurity and Movie Industries. Jeremiah Bennett

Jeremiah Bennett is an international award-winning movie and television producer. His passion for media started young, and at thirteen he began running sound and lighting at his local church. During his early career, Jeremiah produced many award winning indie films that have been featured in festivals around the world. Kevin Rodgers

Kevin Rodgers is a digital media and ad tech marketing and sales veteran with over 16 years of experience helping some of the largest brands in the world, across multiple verticals, navigate the digital landscape from branding and awareness to direct response and e-commerce.
Kevin spent over 13 years at Google where he held leadership positions across the digital media and platforms business units. He led global revenue for an ecommerce SaaS platform and managed an internal digital marketing agency at the largest collegiate ticketing technology platform in the US. Kevin has been a digital marketing consultant for the last year where his most recent project was to lead the strategic plan and execution of the performance marketing campaigns for the Tyson vs. Jones event presented by Triller.
Kevin currently resides in Southern California and is in the process of relocating - most likely - to the Atlanta area.

Marlo Tiede

Marlo Tiede most recently worked as a television executive and held the title of Manager of Casting and Talent for WALT DISNEY TELEVISION at FREEFORM STUDIO & NETWORK. Prior to executive casting, she worked as an independent creative casting director for 12 years on network television shows that include CASTLE (ABC), GRIMM (NBC), ZOO (CBS), KINDERFANGER (Facebook Watch), NECESSARY ROUGHNESS (USA), 90210 (CW) and GHOST WHISPERER (CBS) among others, as well as numerous network pilots and made for tv movies. Her feature film credits include THE PRESTIGE, BLACK CHRISTMAS and THE ASTRONAUT FARMER. A recent transplant from Los Angeles to Atlanta, she has a bachelor's degree in theatre arts performance from Long Beach State University. Marlo is happily married to actor and voice over artist Eric Tiede with whom she has two amazing sons. She is a member of The Casting Society of America and Academy of Television Arts & Science.

Mike Pniewski

Over his 36 year career, Mike Pniewski has appeared in hundreds of TV shows, films and commercials. You've probably seen him in Madam Secretary, The Good Wife/The Good Fight, The Resident, Longmire and he’s also in the new hit Starz TV series, Hightown. He's appeared in the films American Made, Million Dollar Arm, We Are Marshall, Remember the Titans and yes, he was in Spaceballs. Mike just completed his first short film that he wrote and starred in, Mend, which can be seen at a film festival near you. Mike is also a member of the President’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Safety at SAG-AFTRA, which has been working on protocols to get our industry back to work during Covid-19.

Tunde Balogun

Tunde Balogun oversees the LVRN label and management companies. Prior to the creation of LVRN in 2013, Balogun had the most industry experience of the five partners, starting his own Crowd Control Management in 2009 and working for established labels.

Born in Detroit and raised in Atlanta, Tunde’s first job in the industry in A&R at Ludacris’ label, Disturbing Tha Peace Records, and publishing company, Read & Write, where he focused on TV and film placements. A fan of the African artists King Sunny Ade, Fela Kuti, and singer Sade as well as hip-hop of the ‘90s, he spent a year at Atlantic Records in Los Angeles during LVRN’s infancy.

The Jay-Z documentary Backstage that chronicled his 1999 Hard Knock Life Tour was a key inspiration for Tunde to enter the business. On top of that, he says he saw “how the local Atlanta labels pretty much dominated music.”

Streaming has driven LVRN’s success, which Tunde attributes to consistency, authenticity and openness to change. “Streaming instantly made all music global,” he says. “The number one thing to remember is that the fan is always right and they will tell you pretty quickly if they like you or your music.”

Bree Lanham

Chase Paris has been working in entertainment in the southeast since 2007, most notably as a casting director with his partner Tara Feldstein Bennett at Feldstein Paris Casting since 2012. As a casting director, Chase has cast well over 100 projects ranging from feature films to primetime, cable, and streaming television. Born and raised in Atlanta, he's excited to see how much the market has grown in his own backyard, and looks forward to a very bright future for entertainment in Georgia!

Craig King

Craig King (Co-Founder of Rappluglive.com, US Multicultural Marketing Lead at MemikApp.com and Founder of GentleKingTech.com) attended Howard University where he majored in jazz and classical piano. During his sophomore year he was recruited to perform with Ray Charles for "The Black Requiem Tour" conducted by Quincy Jones. From there King went on to work on many Grammy award winning albums, television shows, commercials, tours and award ceremonies (Jazzy Jeff & Will Smith, Ludacris, Kanye West, Aaliyah etc.).

Lee Thomas

Lee Thomas is a Deputy Commissioner at the Georgia Department of Economic Development, and division director of the Georgia Film Office. A native Atlantan, Lee received a Bachelor of the Arts in Radio -TV -Film from UGA, a Master’s Degree in Film Studies from Georgia State University, then entered the Tisch School of the Arts Doctoral Program in Cinema Studies at New York University. She returned to Atlanta in 1996 to work for the Georgia Film and Videotape Office as a project manager, and then became a location specialist for the office in 1998. After finding locations for film and television projects for 12 years, Lee became director of the film division in 2010.

Tim Kelley

Tim is the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Viral Protective Services LLC, located in Marietta Georgia.

Viral Protective Services, VPS, takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to protect todays workplace. Their engineering and medical teams create customized plans for companies to engage in business and keep employees and customers safe. The products and services include a safety training and certification program, Thermal scanning, PPE and sanitation supplies & services, and customized and off the shelf protective structures.

Tim is also the Chief Operating officer of Blue Sky EXP. Blue Sky was recognized as the number one (1) small business of the year by The Cobb Chamber of Commerce in 2017. Prior to that, it was recognized as on of the top 25 small businesses of the year by The Cobb Chamber of Commerce eight (8) times. Blue Sky has also been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the countries fastest growing companies three (3) times. In addition, Blue Sky has won numerous design awards throughout the years.

  • Tim is a member of the civic leader board for Gen. Scobee, Commader of the United States Air Force Reserve.
  • He is also on the Advisory Board of The Honorary Commanders Association. An organization that advocates and supports all arms of the Armed Forces.
  • Tim is also very active in the Leadership Cobb organization in various capacities.

On a personal note, Tim owns a Karate school (dojo). Tim’s favorite way to relax and blow off the stress of the day is through martial arts. He is currently a 7th degree black belt in Seishinkai, a 6th degree in Shorinryu Karate, a 6th degree in Shudokan Karate and a 3rd degree in Jujitsu.
